What counts as a minor content change?
Updating text on a page, swapping an image, adding a team member, updating pricing, or publishing a blog post. Design changes, new pages, or new functionality are quoted separately.
What happens if my site gets hacked while you're maintaining it?
If a hack occurs despite our security measures, we clean and restore your site using the most recent clean backup at no additional charge.
Can you maintain a site you didn't build?
Yes. We onboard websites we didn’t build all the time. We run an initial audit to understand the setup and flag any existing issues before we begin monthly care.
Is there a minimum contract period?
We ask for a 3-month minimum commitment. After that, you can cancel with 30 days’ notice. No long-term lock-in.
