What do I need to provide before you start?
We’ll send you a brand discovery brief to fill in — about 20 minutes — covering your business, target audience, visual preferences, and 3–5 reference logos you like.
What if I don't like any of the 3 initial concepts?
This rarely happens because our brief process is thorough. If none of the concepts feel right, we’ll have a call to understand why and create a revised direction at no extra charge.
What file formats will I receive?
PNG (for digital), SVG and EPS (for print and scalability), and PDF. We deliver colour, black-and-white, and reversed versions. All files are organised in a folder for easy access.
Do I own the logo after it's delivered?
Yes. Once final payment is made, full ownership of all logo files and designs transfers to you. We retain the right to show the work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.
Can I use my new logo on packaging and merchandise?
Yes. The SVG and EPS files are vector format — they can be scaled to any size, from a business card to a billboard or packaging label, without losing quality.
